We coordinate communication with suitable operators, application documents, appointments and installation follow-up. Required information, authorized approvals, responsibilities and service scope are agreed in writing at the outset.
We assess capacity, IP, equipment, installation and backup options together. Compare choices against the same scope and total cost, guided by your technical priorities and service expectations.
We bring your issue to the relevant technical team and coordinate operator escalation or field work where needed. On-site intervention and support scope depend on the location and agreed service terms.

We assess our own infrastructure and suitable operator access at your address. Depending on your requirements, we plan a second operator or suitable 5G access as a backup and identify the applications that should take priority.
5G depends on coverage, local signal, suitable equipment and tariff conditions. Backup planning reviews shared physical routes and power; switchover behaviour is defined in the implementation plan and verified during acceptance testing.
The primary path carries business traffic.

Share your company, location and affected service through our contact channels. The issue and contact person are identified and recorded for technical assessment.
The impact and priority applications are assessed. If a backup path is included in your service, the agreed switchover plan and checks are followed.
Where needed, we coordinate escalation to the relevant operator and field work appropriate to the location. Intervention scope, communication and the outcome are followed through under the service terms.

We assess your applications, tolerance for disruption and site conditions before choosing a technology.
We investigate suitable fibre routes. For sites without fibre or needing an alternative access path, we assess RF/radio-link line of sight, Fresnel clearance, link budget, spectrum conditions and installation permissions. Capacity is proposed after the survey.
We plan a second operator, 5G or suitable satellite access around critical applications. Mobile coverage and capacity, satellite service availability in Türkiye, applicable regulatory requirements and operator conditions, latency, allowances and equipment conditions are verified; failover is tested.
We design routing, network segmentation and firewalls alongside connectivity. Upstream DDoS scrubbing, protected IPs and response procedures can form part of the proposal. The protection scope and limitations are agreed in writing.
